How to control the temperature generated by the pipe bending machine and reduce the method of abrasion
When the temperature exceeds the specified value during the processing of the product, the surface of the product will deform to a certain extent, resulting in many fine cracks on the surface of the product. In fact, such problems may not only be caused by temperature, but also by problems with the material used for bending pipe processing. High speed deformation of the product during processing can cause damage to the processing equipment.
We all know the conditions for the formation of cracks in products. During the processing, the length of the crack can reach the vertical axis of the pipe bending machine at the grain boundary, which is also perpendicular to the tensile pipe clamp. After heat treatment, the product needs to be bent, and the micro cracks on the surface of the product will become crystal drag. Generally, the mechanics and micro cracks of the pipe bending equipment are studied, and the tensile strength of the product is not affected at indoor temperatures.
During the transportation and processing of pipelines, the bending direction of products with different radii and angles will also change. Such products have become an indispensable part of engineering pipelines. If the wall thickness of the product changes due to the bending machine and the mechanical properties of the bending change, it will affect the quality of the product. Therefore, the technology of the product is very important during processing.
In fact, machining technology is very important. During the machining process, we need to ensure the machining temperature and bending degree of the product, because most of the cracks on the surface of the product are caused by the temperature during the machining process. The higher the temperature, the more microcracks will appear, and a small part is caused by the microcracks on the surface of the product during hot bending.
The wear of CNC pipe bending machines is generally severe, so how should we reduce this wear?
1、 Imported guide rails should be lubricated with new grease every week to reduce wear and tear.
2、 Clamp the oil cylinder, bearings, and sliders with lubricating grease, and add it every 1-2 weeks.
3、 The lubrication of the remaining bearings of the fully automatic CNC should be cleaned and lubricated with grease every year.
4、 The spindle bearing of the fully automatic CNC pipe bending machine is used for high-speed lubricating grease opening and closing mechanical seals without lubricating oil.
