There are methods for using the bending machine mold, and only by mastering its operating method can we fully utilize the various convenient and fast benefits brought by the mold.
1、 The mold shall be used according to the manual of electric oil pump.
2、 When using the pipe bending machine mold, the pipe bending machine first screws the working oil cylinder into the internal thread of the square block, so that the rear end of the oil cylinder is mounted on the bracket with the wheel facing downwards.
3、 Select the mold head based on the outer diameter of the bent pipe, place it on the plunger, align the grooves corresponding to the two roller shafts towards the mold head, and then place it into the corresponding size flower plate holes. Cover the upper flower plate, insert the bent pipe into the groove, and then pull the quick connector flow part at the end of the high-pressure oil pipe backwards and place it on the joint of the working oil cylinder. Tighten the oil drain screw on the electric oil pump to bend the pipe. After the bending is completed, the bending machine relaxes the oil drain screw, and the plunger automatically resets.

Then, select the steel cable that bears the weight of the machine, the lifting ring buckle used for suspending the pipe bending machine, and select the lifting and moving equipment that bears the weight of the machine;
2. The lifting of the pipe bending machine must be carried out in accordance with the instructions on the lifting diagram;
3. The lifting, movement, and installation of the pipe bending machine must have sufficient space to avoid injuring workers and machines during operation;
