Operating procedures for pipe bending machines during operation
The hydraulic pipe bending machine should be operated carefully to:
1. When starting the machine tool, be careful not to let the human body enter the range scanned by the rotating arm.
2. When the machine tool is working, all personnel are prohibited from entering the space swept by the rotating arm and pipe fittings!
3. The hydraulic system of the machine tool adopts YA-N32 ordinary hydraulic oil, which is replaced once a year under normal circumstances. The oil filter must be cleaned at the same time.

4. When adjusting the machine tool, the adjuster should press the button themselves to make the adjustment. Never allow one person to adjust on the machine tool and another person to operate on the control cabinet.
5. When adjusting the machine tool or operating the empty car, the core rod should be removed.
6. The hydraulic system pressure should not exceed 14Mpa.
7. When manually adjusting the speed of the side push oil cylinder, the rotary arm should rotate to ≥ 900 for adjustment. The adjustment speed should be synchronized with the linear speed of the rotary arm rotating the edge of the bent pipe mold. It is prohibited to push the side push at a speed greater than the linear speed of the rotating mold edge in manual mode.
8. Generally, after using the machine for a period of time, the tension of the chain should be checked to ensure consistent tension between the upper and lower chains.
