Stainless steel pipe bending machines are particularly suitable for I-beams in tunnels, subways, hydropower stations, and underground tunnels. After the preparation work is correct, start the motor, adjust the oil pressure to 10Mpa, and conduct a trial run for about 3 minutes. Once the operation is normal, prepare for formal work. The arched bending starts the motor of the fuel injection machine, fixing the I-beam on the arched machine and in contact with the roller driven by the reducer. The pressure handle is rotated to directly drive the upper and lower roller pressure steel by the motor. The output pressure oil of the fuel injection pump enters the aggregation block through the overflow valve (adjustable pressure required) and enters the hydraulic valve. The hydraulic reversing handle controls the operation of the oil cylinder. When the top of the work cylinder comes into contact with the I-beam (the top roller and two rollers must come into contact with the steel), the calculation begins. Check whether the handle of the hydraulic directional valve is "forward" and "backward" normally. Push in 10mm-15mm each time, start the motor to rotate forward or reverse, and the main motor drives the I-beam to work, reciprocating operation, until the requirements are met.

The mechanical transmission pipe bending machine has a simple structure, convenient manufacturing, and strong universality. The hydraulic pipe bending machine has stable and reliable transmission, low noise, compact structure, and can bend pipes of different diameters. In general, semi-automatic control pipe bending machines can only automatically control the angle of the pipe bending, and are mainly used for small and medium-sized batch production. Through the size preselection mechanism and program control system, the automatic control of the pipe bending machine automatically controls the entire process of pipe bending (feeding, bending, and spatial turning). This type of pipe bending machine generally adopts hydraulic transmission and is suitable for large-scale production. CNC pipe bending machine can achieve fully automatic control of the bending process by inputting data according to the program and dimensions specified in the part drawing, especially in the case of variable pipe size parameters, suitable for large-scale production.
