What problems are encountered during normal CNC hydraulic pipe bending machine and how can they be avoided?
Due to the dry and hot summer weather, our CNC hydraulic pipe bending machine also generates heat during operation, and the hydraulic part we use has hydraulic valves. Because this valve is a high-precision product, the high heat generated by the equipment will cause the hydraulic part to stop working.

Each of our equipment is equipped with a cooling system, so if the temperature of the equipment is too high, we need to add cooling circulating water (which can include tap water or groundwater). Adding cooling water can improve the problems caused by hydraulic pipe bending machines and also increase the service life of the equipment.
If the pipe bending machine stops working without cooling water, we only need to press the button on the computer screen and find that the set of hydraulic valves is not working. We only need to remove the corresponding hydraulic valves for cleaning and then install them.
The problem with normal hydraulic CNC bending lies in the hydraulic part. Z is the key to hydraulic valve jamming. The card valve industry is divided into two situations. (1) Due to long-term use of the equipment, the hydraulic oil inside the equipment has become dirty, and garbage has been sucked into the hydraulic valve, causing blockage and preventing the equipment from working. (2) Double head hydraulic pipe bending machine equipment rarely appears in cool weather, and normally only appears in hot weather. Due to the hot weather, the increase in operating oil temperature of the equipment can also cause the hydraulic valve of the equipment to get stuck, causing the equipment to stop working as well. (3) If the above two situations occur, there is only one way to solve them, which is to remove the four screws on the corresponding stopped hydraulic valve, open both ends of the hydraulic valve, and clean the middle part. It can be cleaned with diesel or blown clean with an air pressure pump.
