It is best not to use direct current for power supply on the same line, such as electric welding machines.
Each suggestion and use of an electric welding machine will consume a lot of electricity, causing the voltage of the CNC pipe bending machine to be unstable, resulting in inaccurate angle or servo drive of the pipe bending process, and damaging the electrical parts of the CNC pipe bending machine.
During the normal winding process of a CNC pipe bending machine, attention should be paid to the use of lubricating oil to prevent long-term dry wear of the equipment and ensure the regularity and cleanliness of the servo drive. When replacing winding pipes or changing the shape of the winding, attention should be paid to preventing mechanical interference. Each point should be manually adjusted to check for interference. With a good understanding of the CNC pipe bending machine, the power supply should be immediately closed after shutdown to reduce losses, Finally, program and operate according to the actual situation.
