Pipe bending R is commonly used in pipelines such as oil and gas pipelines. A pipe is bent multiple times at a time, with a simple bending in the same direction. This difficulty is slightly lower, as long as the distance between the bent R and R is not accurate to less than mm. Usually, a regular single head hydraulic pipe bending machine can also complete it, but if there is a high requirement for the distance between the bent R and the previous R, we need an automatic feeding type fully automatic pipe bending machine. Because the feeding part is transmitted by a servo motor, the R distance of each bend is controlled by a servo length size. Compared to manual feeding, the accuracy is much higher, and the feeding error can reach below 0.2mm. Basically, we can complete the requirements.
If there are many bends on a pipe that still bend in the same direction, then our ordinary pipe bending machine semi-automatic pipe bending machine cannot bend, and the single head hydraulic pipe bending machine is even more impossible. The ordinary single-layer mold of the fully automatic pipe bending machine cannot bend, so we need our fully automatic double-layer mold pipe bending machine. When the double-layer mold is used to bend pipes in the same direction or in the opposite direction, it can be done very well and excellently. With the changes in the market and the continuous development and research of various technologies, the company has now developed a four layer mold fully automatic pipe bending machine and a five layer mold fully automatic pipe bending machine. I think there will be more and more complete and advanced equipment coming out in the future. We need to face market changes and update new development ideas accordingly, so as not to be eliminated by the market.
