When you use an aluminum extruder, you may encounter power blockage, so don't worry. Sometimes, due to the motor being overweight, try resetting the contactor, checking the start button and power cord for faults, and checking the motor or other electrical components.
2. Why did the color change during normal operation of the aluminum extrusion machine?
When the aluminum profile extrusion machine is running normally, the surface of the high-temperature aluminum ingot will undergo oxidation reaction with oxygen in the air. The aluminum ingot will have some lighter colors, which is a normal reaction, but the resulting profile will not become lighter.
What is the reason for the low pressure of the aluminum extrusion machine?
During the extrusion process, the magnitude of the extrusion pressure is influenced by factors such as deformation resistance, processing rate, billet length, die angle, extrusion speed, friction standard, and extrusion cylinder temperature. Firstly, determine if there is a problem with the hydraulic pump. If not, check the speed control valve and tighten the pressure regulating handwheel. Manually press the speed regulating valve core to check for pressure. The pressure needs to be set to 21Mpa.
