1: How long does it take to warm the extrusion drum of an aluminum extruder? The pressing cylinder must be applied only after being heated to a certain temperature. The temperature generally does not exceed 450 ℃. The electric heating temperature of 450 ℃ added from the hot state cannot be too fast, and is generally adjusted at 8 to 24 hours. This mainly depends on the size of the pressing cylinder and the heating method (electromagnetic induction heating or electrical resistance wire heating).
2: How should the pressing cylinder be cleaned? Under normal circumstances, the inner lining of the extrusion cylinder must be etched or inspected every 1-2 months. In order to better accelerate the etching rate, steam etching can be used. The extrusion cylinder for aluminum magnesium alloy can be etched and washed with a saturated solution of sodium cyanide with a concentration of 10% to 15%; The extrusion cylinder for aluminum alloy profiles can be etched and washed with a concentration of 20% to 25% sodium hydroxide solution. During etching, saturated solution should not be injected onto a conductive plate or into an electric heater. After etching, it should be cleaned and cleaned, carefully and accurately measured and checked, and the results should be recorded in the special tool credit card.
3: What are the specifications for configuring compression washers after cleaning the compression cylinder? After etching and washing the extrusion cylinder of the aluminum extruder, carefully and accurately measure the specifications and make full use of the extrusion pad. The diameter difference between two washers of the same size cannot exceed 0.1mm. The difference between the nominal diameter of the pressing cylinder and the pressing pad depends on the working capacity of the extruder and the specification and model of the pressing cylinder. Generally, the data information required is selected:
0.15~0.30mm for 1.500T and 630T extruders;
2. For 250T, 1000T, 800T extruders, 0.2~0.6mm;
3. The thickness of 600T~5000T extruder is 0.5~0.8mm.
When the difference between the nominal diameter of the pressing cylinder and the diameter of the pressing pad exceeds the above standard value, a new pressing pad should be provided.
