1. Check whether the hydraulic system of the industrial aluminum extrusion machine leaks, and whether the air pressure is normal. At the same time, check the damage, scratches and other contours of the conveyor belt, cooling bed, storage platform and other auxiliary equipment, which is the basis to ensure the integrity of the aluminum profile surface.
2. Determine the clamping method according to the shape of the aluminum profile. The drawing pad can be filled with large-section hollow sections, but sufficient clamping area should be ensured as far as possible. Determine the length of aluminum profile before drawing, and then set the drawing rate to determine the drawing length.
Generally speaking, when the aluminum profile is cooled to below 50 ℃, the industrial aluminum profile extruder can be used to open and pull out the profile. When the profile has bending and torsion at the same time, the torsion must be corrected first, and then the bending must be stretched. Only in this way can the processing continue after good work, and the situation is restored.
For industrial aluminum extruders, test the first aluminum profile and two aluminum profiles to determine whether the predetermined drawing rate and clamping method are appropriate. At the same time, visually inspect the bending and torsion, check the contour of the gap, bell mouth and parallel mouth, and adjust the stretching rate if not properly.
If bending, deformation or geometric dimension cannot be eliminated under normal tensile conditions, the operator shall be notified to stop extrusion of industrial aluminum extruder. It can further improve the processing quality, and can not rub, collide and stack the parts of the cooling table to prevent friction.
