Specification for operating aluminum profile extrusion press machine plant line and upper and lower aluminum die (3)

Specification for use of piercing system for aluminum equipment
(1) For the perforation system assembled by multiple sections, the connection mode between sections should be advanced, reasonable, simple and reliable, the connection should be precise and firm, and the different centrality between sections should not exceed 0.05 mm
(2) The whole piercing system of the aluminum profile extrusion press machine plant line should be strictly concentric with the extrusion cylinder, extrusion shaft and mold. Through the adjustment of the guide cylinder, it can move freely in the inner hole of the extrusion shaft, and the needle tip can adjust its position back and forth in the mold hole. In case of eccentricity, stop the machine immediately for measurement and centering;
(3) The surface of the whole perforation system shall be smooth and free from any defects;
(4) The needle tip and the back end of the needle should be heated to a sufficiently high temperature (equivalent to the temperature of the ingot, which should generally be controlled at about 450%) before perforation or extrusion can begin;
(5) The surface of the needle tip and the back end of the needle should be fully lubricated. The composition and lubrication method of the lubricant should be advanced and reasonable to create a good lubrication environment, especially for soft aluminum that is easy to stick to the needle and hard aluminum alloy that is difficult to extrude
(6) The perforation system cannot bear any non axial force, and cannot be stuck or bumped in the process of perforation or extrusion to prevent bending or breaking;
(7) Metal sticking is not allowed on the perforation system. If metal is stuck, it should be removed immediately;
(8) For the perforation system, the hardness and size should be often measured, the screw connection and surface condition should be checked, and the problems found should be handled in time.
4、 Specification for use of extrusion dies
(1) Before extrusion, the die components should be heated to a certain temperature. The extrusion die, die pad, extrusion pad, extrusion needle, needle tip and die support shall be heated to 400-500 ℃, and the heating time shall be 2-8 h. the upper limit shall be taken for the large plane shunt combined die and tongue die system;
(2) For aluminum and magnesium alloy extrusion dies, lubrication free extrusion is generally used;
(3) Mold components are not allowed to stick to metal;
(4) The mold components should be concentric with the extrusion center line, so that the extruded products can pass smoothly;
(5) Create good process conditions to avoid stuffy car and mold blocking;
(6) The throughput of each die of the aluminum equipment of the extruder should not be too much. When the extrusion reaches a certain amount, it should be replaced and maintained even if it has not failed;
(7) The surface of the mold components should be smooth and free of defects, especially the surfaces at both ends should be flat and smooth, so as to avoid stress concentration due to poor contact;
(8) The mold should be repaired in time and nitrided repeatedly to improve its service life;
(9) Press up slowly and evenly during extrusion to prevent impact extrusion;
(10) During perforation and extrusion, the cooling and heating intensity of the mold should be reduced as much as possible to avoid pouring cold water directly onto the mold;
(11) Regularly measure the hardness and size of the mold, repair and replace the mold in time to keep it in good working condition;
(12) During the loading, unloading and replacement of extrusion tools and dies, special tools should be used, which should be handled with care to avoid bumping and damage;
(13) We should strengthen the custody of the mold, establish the accompanying card of the mold, and make the original record of use.
