The system drives the servo motor driver through the motion control card to drive the motors of each control shaft to realize feeding, material transfer, angle processing and other actions.
On the other hand, the actions of main clamping / loosening, auxiliary clamping / loosening, auxiliary propulsion and core pushing / pulling of pipe fittings are controlled by I / O card. The I / O control card controls the controller of each auxiliary action and various state sensors of the machine tool, receives the commands and data from the embedded microprocessor through the system window, completes the setting and modification of parameters and the switching value control of auxiliary action, and feeds back various working conditions and state values of the machine tool, as well as various alarm information. The information exchange between the microprocessor and the I / O control card is completed through the peripheral component expansion interface (PCI) bus, which is inserted into the PCI bus slot of the processor.
